The wedding is located at the Mount Sunapee Ski Resort in Newbury, NH. The ceremony will take place outdoors at the mountain summit- guests will take the chairlift to the summit to enjoy the view! The reception will be held at the base lodge.

Friday October 9, 2026. Please arrive at the venue location by 3:00 pm- guests will need time to reach the ceremony location. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm, and the reception will end by 10:00 pm.
Guests are welcome to arrive to the summit as early as you’d like! There is a small bar at the summit with drinks and snacks available for purchase before the ceremony.

Cocktail/Formal attire requested. It is strongly suggested to bring layers for the chairlift! The breeze can be chilly.
Please also note the ceremony location is a three minute walk down a sloping gravel path with some uneven surfaces. Plan your footwear accordingly.

Yes! Trust us, the lift is easy, smooth, and shows off an amazing view of the Fall foliage.
The operators slow or stop the lift to accommodate everyone on the trip and ensure a smooth ride.
You will have to sign a waiver beforehand but we promise it’s not scary.
If Emily did it (with her intense fear of heights) you can do it too!
Lift carries four people per car.
